2 Biotel ECG Monitoring Technician Workflow Platform (2021)

The goal for both projects was for the software engineers from Ribera to work closely with Invetech’s UX team to apply the required UI specifications and produce quality products that Invetech could deliver to their clients within the
specified timelines.

The Invetech UI/UX team presented Ribera with their product requirements and wireframes. The Ribera team provided a process for software development, Quality Assurance, and project management. They built the entire front end in a sprint-by-sprint development process, which kept the project within Invetech’s timetable for completion. The first sprint included team building, an understanding of the requirements, a starting point for the software development, and an overall plan for reaching the key milestones. From there, the team roles were established and the work began.

Ribera researched the best technologies, frameworks, and platforms to enable faster development and met the needs of Invetech. They built prototypes using different types of technologies to test which one was best. In the end, Ribera worked closely with the Invetech team to confirm that all the product requirements and FDA regulations were met.
